Peaceout Fitness helps clients to find well-being in mind, heart, and body through the union of Yoga, Meditation, and Wellness. About Molly

Molly Nechvatal is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher, trained through YogaFit and registered with Yoga Alliance. She has an additional 60 hours of training in trauma-sensitive yoga and children's yoga and certification from Transformation Meditation Institute. Molly has also spent over 15 years as a middle school National Board Certified Teacher, with certification in gifted adolescent education. By combining the mindfulness aspects of her yoga and meditation training with Illinois’ Social-Emotional Learning Standards, Ms. Nechvatal is particularly qualified for Yoga and Mindfulness training to children, parents, and classroom teachers.


This 15 hr Workshop is designed for Teachers, Social Workers, Youth Program Facilitators, and Parents who want to learn to create an environment based on Mindfulness Practices for students of all ages.

Molly is certified in Reiki, a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Our mindful workshops specialize in bringing mindfulness to your daily life.
