Hi. My name is Molly and I am excited to bring a unique and genuine perspective of yoga to a variety of people through PeaceOut Fitness. Fitness of mind, body, and spirit has been a core philosophy of mine in my life as a parent, a teacher, a writer, and a Fitness Coach. As a result, I have been practicing yoga for 15 years, as a complement to another of my passions in life — running. In 2010 I earned my 200 hr Yoga Teacher certification through YogaFit Training Systems, learning to design Yoga for every Body in the safest, most physically supportive manner. This enables me to customize yoga for beginners, for private practice, and for specialty events, such as engagements, in-home parties, and personalized gifts. I bring yoga to you, within 40 miles of downtown Chicago.
I also have over 20 years of experience in public education, with expertise in giftedness and curriculum design, as well as a graduate degree in Organizational Development. I use this depth of knowledge to create focused, motivational, and reflective yoga programs for corporate wellness and small group interests, such as yoga for runners. I enjoy working with Chicago-based groups on a regular schedule, as well as providing Professional Development / in-service programs nationwide.
Through a mindset of intention, persistence, patience, and vision, I lead yoga classes that go beyond relaxation and stretching.
PeaceOut Fitness Yoga classes include a reflective process that allows participants to direct their health, inspiration, and energy toward individual and organizational growth, fulfillment, and success.
