Peaceful Path: Healing Yoga
Peaceful Path Yoga leads you through a body-centered trauma release sequence that helps unlock stored tension.
Whether your pain is physical or emotional, situational or chronic, your body is telling you how to heal. We use YOGA to help us listen to and communicate with those messages from our muscles, joints, and tissues.
This class focuses on a consistent routine of movement, alignment, and guided relaxation to allow the heart, mind, and body to find peace within.
